The Norfolk Admirals Dance Team is a group of 16 talented and energetic young ladies who are brand ambassadors and entertainers for the Norfolk Admirals Hockey Team. The team cheers on the Norfolk Admirals at the Scope Arena at all Friday and Saturday home games.

The team dances throughout the game and performs on the ice during the second intermission at select games. Check our social media to see which games we will be performing on the ice!

The Norfolk Admirals Dance Team also offers dance classes to the public. There are few opportunities for dancers to continue their passion for dance as an adult and we want to create a safe and inviting space for dancers to come and have fun and continue to do what they love!

We also love to share our love of dance with Junior Dancers! We teach our Junior Dancers a dance and they perform it with us on the ice during an Admirals Game Intermission!
